2013-MSC in Human Communication Disorders. Tittle: Elaboration of an intervention program with visuomotor perceptual skills in students with dyslexia. Brazil

2018- CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)

Experience: 

In Brazil worked in an association of parents and friends of people with disability which promotes human rights and focuses on social inclusion.

Early years practitioner at Chestnuts Pre-school since 2017 started as a student in placement and been admitted at 2018.

Speak Portuguese and English

Experience: 
I am a level 2 qualified practitioner, currently studying for my level 3 qualification. I am really enjoying my current role as a room leader at Chestnuts TW1. My other interests include reading, going to the gym and swimming.

I am a mother of two now grown up children.

I took my NNEB qualification when I left school. Since then I have worked in different locations with children, after having a break to look after my own children, I returned to nursery work.

I am also qualified in first aid, and like to do training to refresh myself with up to date courses.

Masoodah Omari, Corner Nursery  Practitioner

 Level 2 CACHE diploma in early years.
• First aid, level 3.
• Fire safety.
• Food hygiene.
• Safeguarding.
Experience: 
While I was studying child care, I did lots of placement work with different ages of children in different settings. At the moment I’m working as a qualified level 2 practitioner at chestnuts corner nursery.
I also have experience of working with older people in care homes.
In addition, I am a mother of three daughters who are 14, 13 and 10 years old and I understand the importance of giving every child the best start in life.
Language spoken:
I’m a multilingual, I can fluently speak English, Pashto, Farsi and Urdu.

I began at Chestnuts as a  Level 1 student  then as a   Level 2 student .When I qualified as a level 2 Early Years Practitioner in 2020 I continued to work with preschool children .I am a mum of 3 children and my interests are cooking and art.

I am a passionate and happy mum to my 7yrs old son .My favourite things to do are hiking, gardening, travelling just naming a few.

I worked as an a teacher and coordinator for French lessons in  primary school and a Human Resources assistant manager in Lebanon.
At the moment I’m working as a qualified level 2 early years practitioner at chestnuts corner nursery.

Alexis Almeida

Before starting my childcare apprenticeship ,I used to study Media gaining a level 2 and 3 diploma in Creative Media Production .I am doing my Level 3 Apprenticeship in Early Years and I am loving the experience at Preschool .
